磁化混凝机械膜反应器在工业废水处理中的应用研究

摘要 随着我国经济的迅猛发展,工业领域产生的废水量显著提升,若直接排放工业废水,会对自然环境造成较大破坏,严重危害人类的生活与生存环境。所以,排放工业废水前,应采取科学、合理的方式进行废水处理,磁化混凝机械膜是较为常见的一种处理方式。基于此,文章以某工业企业为研究对象,简单介绍该企业产生的废水情况,随后详细分析了基于磁化混凝机械膜反应器的工业废水厌氧处理工艺及其应用效果。结果显示,磁化混凝机械膜具有良好的去污效果,可大规模推广。 With the rapid development of China's economy,the amount of wastewater produced in the industrial field has increased significantly.If industrial wastewater is directly discharged,it will cause great damage to the natural environment and seriously endanger human's life and living environment.Therefore,before discharging industrial wastewater,scientific and reasonable methods should be adopted for wastewater treatment,and magnetized coagulation mechanical membrane is a common treatment method.Based on this,this paper takes an industrial enterprise as the research object,briefly introduces the wastewater produced by the enterprise,and then analyzes in detail the anaerobic treatment process of industrial wastewater based on magnetized coagulation mechanical membrane reactor and its application effect.The results show that the magnetized coagulation mechanical membrane has a good decontamination effect and can be widely promoted.
