摘要
随着我国社会经济的飞速发展和工业化进程的迅速加快,工业废水污染状况日益凸显。超滤膜技术作为一种高效的膜分离手段,具有净化效果好、能耗低、运行灵活等突出优点,在废水处理及资源回收领域具有广阔的应用前景。本文主要总结了超滤膜的主要类型,重点探讨了中空纤维膜、有机管式膜、有机平板膜和陶瓷膜的特点和应用现状,以及超滤膜污染成因和相关控制技术,并提出了未来发展方向。
With the fast development of social economy and industrialization process in China,the industrial wastewater pollution has become more and more serious.As an efficient membrane separation technology,ultrafiltration has outstanding advantages of good filtering performance,low energy consumption,and flexible operation,which has a wide application prospect in the areas of wastewater treatment and resource recovery.In this study,the main types of ultrafiltration membrane were summarized.The characteristics and application status of hollow fiber membrane,organic tubular membrane,organic flat membrane,and ceramic membrane,as well as the causes and relevant controlling technologies of ultrafiltration membrane fouling were discussed.Also,the future development directions were proposed.
