摘要
为促进沥青路面铣刨废旧料的回收再利用,探索厂拌冷再生混合料应用于路面基层的可行性,通过击实试验确定再生混合料最佳含水量,通过劈裂试验确定乳化沥青用量,通过干缩试验、高温稳定性试验、水稳定性试验和无侧限抗压强度试验确定水泥掺量,以及通过四点弯曲疲劳试验和半圆弯曲试验评价再生混合料的疲劳和抗裂性能。试验结果表明:厂拌冷再生混合料最佳外掺水量为3.0%,最佳乳化沥青掺量为4.0%。冷再生混合料干缩系数、动稳定度、无侧限抗压强度随水泥掺量的增加而逐渐增大。水稳定性能在水泥掺量为1.5%时最优。综合考虑各项性能,确定水泥最佳掺量为1.5%。
In order to promote the recycling and reuse of asphalt pavement milling waste materials,the feasibility of applying the cold plant-mixed recycled mixture to the base course of pavement is explored,so as to respectively determine the optimal moisture content of the recycled mixture through the compaction test,the amount of emulsified asphalt through the splitting test,and the cement content through the dry shrinkage test,high temperature stability test,water stability test and unconfined compressive strength test,and evaluate the fatigue and crack resistance of the recycled mixture through the four-point bending fatigue test and semi-circular bending test.The test results show that:the optimal external water content for the cold plant-mixed recycled mixture is 3.0%,and the optimal amount of emulsified asphalt is 4.0%.The dry shrinkage coefficient,dynamic stability,and unconfined compressive strength of the cold recycled mixture gradually increase with the increase of cement content.The water stability is the best when the cement content is 1.5%.Taking various performance factors into account,the optimal cement content is determined to be 1.5%.
