基于性能试验的厂拌冷再生中长期使用性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了研究泡沫沥青厂拌冷再生混合料中长期使用性能,基于性能试验分别采用水稳定性、抗冲刷性和疲劳性能试验,综合评价厂拌冷再生混合料的路用性能,最后结合试验段跟踪观测厂拌冷再生基层中长期的使用性能。研究表明,沥青用量为2.5%时,厂拌冷再生各项性能均最优,抗水损害性能和高温性能更优。当低应变时,沥青用量对疲劳寿命影响显著,高应变时沥青用量对疲劳寿命影响较小。厂拌冷再生基层具有良好的高温性能和抵抗永久变形能力。 In order to study the medium and long-term performance of cold in-plant recycled mixture of foamed asphalt,the road performance of cold in-plant recycled mixture is evaluated comprehensively by tests on water stability,erosion resistance and fatigue performance based on the performance test.Finally,the medium and long-term performance of cold in-plant recycled mixture is observed according to the test section.The research shows that,when the asphalt content is 2.5%,the performance of cold in-plant recycling is the best,and the water damage resistance and high temperature performance are better.When the strain is low,the asphalt content has a significant effect on the fatigue life,while when the strain is high,the asphalt content has little effect on the fatigue life.The cold in-plant recycled base has good high temperature performance and resistance to permanent deformation.
