摘要
针对传统的煤矿用带式输送机电气控制系统已经无法满足现在煤矿生产的需求的问题,通过对电气控制系统现状的分析,提出了带式输送机的电气控制系统升级优化方案,从软件、硬件、性能、节能方面对其进行设计改进,全面提高其运行效率、可靠性、节能性和安全性。
In view of the problem that the traditional electric control system of belt conveyor in coal mine can not satisfy the demand of coal mine production,by analyzing the present situation of the electric control system,put forward the upgrading optimization scheme and transformation strategy of the electrical control system of belt conveyor,and designed and improved it from the aspects of software,hardware,performance and energy saving,improved its overall efficiency,reliability,energy-saving and safety.
