摘要
山西晋神公司沙坪煤矿主采的8#煤层已接近尾声,为保证煤矿连续开采,需要将开采水平向下延伸,延伸后的开采水平主采煤层为13#煤层,到达新的开采水平,主斜井需向下延伸186m,为保证带式输送机在矿井主斜井延伸后仍可满足其安全使用要求,研究了水平延伸后主斜井带式输送机和主运输大巷带式输送机的改造方案.通过理论计算与模拟研究,采用主斜井和主运输巷各装备一台带式输送机的方案,结合本矿的生产条件,对主运输大巷带式输送机的改造提出建议.
The 8#coal seam of Shaping Coal Mine,which is the major mining seam is about to end.In order to ensure the continuous mining of the coal mine,the mining level needs to be extended downwards.After the extension,the major mining seam is 13#coal seam,reaching a new mining level.The main inclined shaft needs to extend 186m downward.In order to ensure that the belt conveyor can meet the safety requirements after the extention,the transportation plans of the main inclined shaft belt conveyor and the main transportation roadway conveyor are studied.Through theoretical calculation and simulation research,the main inclined shaft and the main transport roadway are both equipped with a belt conveyor,combined with the production conditions of the mine,the transformation suggestion is proposed for the main transportion roadway belt conveyor.
