摘要
医学院校担负着为国家培养医疗卫生人才的特殊使命,故构建体现医学特色的教育教学话语,对于塑造学生的医德与促进思政课提质增效具有重要价值。但是,在现有医学院校单科制非多元化文人教育的特殊背景下,思政课发展面临着应然价值与实然现状之间的突出矛盾,解决这一矛盾,须以特色化发展理念为指引,以三维模式即德医、艺医、马医相融为核心,以挖掘特色资源、创新柔性教育方式、扩展特色研究领域为进路,全方位构建医学院校思政课特色话语。
Medical colleges and universities bear the special mission of cultivating medical and health talents for the country.Therefore,constructing educational and teaching discourse that reflects medical characteristics is of great value in shaping students’medical ethics and promoting the improvement of quality and efficiency in ideological and political courses.However,in the special context of non diversified literati education in existing medical colleges with a single subject system,the development of ideological and political courses faces a prominent contradiction between the expected value and the actual situation.To solve this contradiction,it is necessary to take the concept of characteristic development as the guide,the EAM three-dimensional model that integrates medical ethics,medical art,and medical horse as the core,and explore characteristic resources,innovate flexible education methods,and expand characteristic research fields as the approach,Comprehensively constructing characteristic discourse of ideological and political courses in medical colleges.
