摘要
目的 探讨小儿推拿联合口肌训练对语言发育迟缓患儿语言表达能力与智力水平的影响。方法选取2022年7月至2023年7月济宁市市直机关医院收治的100例语言发育迟缓患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(50例)与观察组(50例)。对照组采用口肌训练,观察组采用小儿推拿联合口肌训练。比较两组语言表达能力、智力水平及临床疗效。结果 治疗后,观察组各项语言表达能力评分均高于对照组(P <0.05)。治疗后,观察组语言智商及操作智商得分均高于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组总有效率高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 语言发育迟缓患儿应用小儿推拿联合口肌训练,可改善语言表达能力及智力水平,临床效果确切,可推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of infantile massage combined with oral muscle training on language expression ability and intelligence level of children with language retardation.Methods A total of 100 children with language retardation admitted to Jining Municipal Government Hospital from July 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into the control group(50 cases) and the observation group(50 cases) according to the random number table method.The control group received oral muscle training,and the observation group received infantile massage combined with oral muscle training.The language expression ability,intelligence level and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the scores of language expression ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05).After treatment,the verbal intelligence quotient and operational intelligence quotient scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P < 0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion The application of infantile massage combined with oral muscle training in children with language retardation can improve the language expression ability and intelligence level,and the clinical effect is exact,which is worthy of promotion and application.
