摘要
通过研究多壁碳纳米管对喷射混凝土力学性能的影响规律和微观作用机理,以提高煤矿混凝土支护稳定性。采用“聚乙烯吡咯烷酮+搅拌+超声”的方法得到多壁碳纳米管分散液,结合喷射混凝土工艺与纳米表征技术,探索不同掺量多壁碳纳米管影响喷射混凝土力学性能及内部微观结构的变化规律。实验结果表明,随多壁碳纳米管掺量增加,喷射混凝土抗压强度及劈裂抗拉强度均呈现先扬后抑的趋势,当多壁碳纳米管为0.3 wt.%时,喷射混凝土的抗弯强度和抗劈裂强度达到峰值;根据微观技术分析,掺入0.2wt.%或0.3wt.%的多壁碳纳米管对于改善混凝土内部结构具有积极作用。
We study the influence of multi-walled carbon nanotubes on the mechanical properties of shotcrete and the microscopic mechanism to improve the stability of coal mine concrete support.Using the method of“polyvinyl pyrrolidone+mixing+ultrasonic”to obtain MWCNTs dispersion,combining shotcrete technology and nano-characterization technology,the effect of different addition of MWCNTs on the mechanical properties and internal microstructure changes of shotcrete is explored.The experimental results show that with the increase of MWCNTs content,the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of shotcrete show a trend of increasing first and then decreasing.When MWCNTs is 0.3 wt.%,the flexural strength and splitting strength of shotcrete reach the peak value.According to micro-technical analysis,the addition of 0.2 wt.% or 0.3 wt.%of MWCNTs has a positive effect on improving the internal structure of concrete.
