摘要
基于全计算法配合比设计方法设计了再生细骨料自密实混凝土的配合比。通过研究其工作性能,在满足工作性能的情况下,确定最终配合比,并对力学性能进行了测试。试验结果表明,通过合理调整砂率和外加剂的用量,能够利用建筑垃圾再生细骨料制备出满足要求的自密实混凝土;短龄期的再生细骨料自密实混凝土的抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度要低于普通天然砂自密实混凝土,但经过长龄期标准养护后,再生细骨料自密实混凝土的强度和强度增长率均有提高。在90 d龄期下,再生细骨料自密实混凝土基本接近普通混凝土。
The mix design method of recycled fine aggregate self-compacting concrete was designed based on the full calculation method.By studying its working performance,the final mix proportion was determined while meeting the working performance requirements,and the mechanical properties were tested.The experimental results indicate that by adjusting the sand ratio and the dosage of additives reasonably,self-compacting concrete that meets the requirements can be prepared by using construction waste to regenerate fine aggregates.Short age recycled fine aggregate self-compacting concrete has lower compressive strength and splitting tensile strength than ordinary natural sand self-compacting concrete.However,after long-term standard curing,the strength and strength growth rate of recycled fine aggregate self-compacting concrete have improved.At the age of 90 days,recycled fine aggregate self-compacting concrete is basically close to ordinary concrete.
