摘要从人口结构、人口素质、人居环境和生活保障四个方面界定了人口城镇化高质量发展的内涵,并构建了评价指标体系,采用基尼系数双维分解方法对中国人口城镇化高质量发展的空间差距及其来源结构进行量化分析。研究发现:中国人口城镇化高质量发展水平呈稳健上升趋势,且具有显著的空间差距特征。样本考察期内,中国人口城镇化高质量发展的总体差距逐年递减,区域协调性不断上升。区域维度下,总体差距主要来源于区域间差距。指标构成维度下,总体差距主要来源于人口结构差距。区域和指标构成双重维度下,总体差距主要来源于东、西部地区之间的人口结构差距。 This paper defines the connotation of high-quality development of population urbanization from four aspects:population structure,population quality,living environment and people’s well-being safeguards,and then constructs an evaluation index system.Using the bi-dimensional decomposition method of Gini coefficient,this paper conducts a quantitativeanalysis of the spatial gap and source structure of high-quality development of population urbanization in China.Researches show that there has been a steady rise in the level of high-quality population urbanization in China,and it has significant spatial disparities.During the sample inspection period,the overall gap in the high-quality development of China’s population urbanization is narrowing year by year,and regional coordination has been continuously improving.In the regional dimension,the overall gap mainly comes from the inter-regional gap.Under the dimension of indicator composition,the overall gap mainly comes from the gap in population structure.Under the dual dimensions of regional and indicator composition,the overall gap in high-quality development of population urbanization in China mainly comes from the population structure gap between the eastern and western regions.
