摘要
目的探究醋酸甲羟孕酮片治疗围绝经期异常子宫出血的有效性。方法选取2021年10月—2023年10月中山火炬开发区人民医院的80例围绝经期异常子宫出血患者作为研究对象,使用掷骰子法分组方式,控制组和参比组各40例。前者行醋酸甲羟孕酮片治疗,后者行米非司酮治疗,对比两组效果。结果治疗后,与参比组相比,控制组控制出血时间、完全止血时间更短,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。控制组子宫内膜厚度小于参比组,红细胞比容、血红蛋白大于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。控制组雌二醇、卵泡刺激素、促黄体生成素、孕酮均小于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。控制组不良反应发生率为5.00%,小于参比组的25.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.274,P<0.05)。结论围绝经期异常子宫出血应用醋酸甲羟孕酮片治疗效果好,可改善临床指标。
Objective To explore the effectiveness of medroxyprogesterone acetate tablets in the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding during perimenopause.Methods A total of 80 patients with abnormal perimenopausal uterine bleed⁃ing from the People's Hospital of Zhongshan Torch Development Zone from October 2021 to October 2023 were se⁃lected as the study objects and grouped by dice method,with 40 cases in each control group and reference group.The former was treated with medroxyprogesterone acetate tablets and the latter with mifepristone.Compare the effects of the two groups.Results After treatment,compared with the reference group,the time to control bleeding and complete hemostasis in the control group was shorter,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The endo⁃metrial thickness of the control group was lower than that of the reference group,and the erythrocyte volume and hemo⁃globin were higher than that of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Es⁃tradiol,FSH,luteinizing hormone and progesterone in control group were lower than those in reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 5.00%,which was lower than that in the reference group(25.00%),and the differences were statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.274,P<0.05).Conclusion Abnormal perimenopausal uterine bleedirg is well treated with medroxyprogesterone acetate tablet,and improves the therapeutic effect.
