摘要
目的:探究综合护理应用于腔镜下微创手术治疗甲状腺良性肿瘤患者中的效果.方法:选取2023年1—7月广西贺州市人民医院收治的甲状腺良性肿瘤微创手术治疗患者200例为研究对象,随机分为观察组及对照组,各100例.对照组采用传统护理,观察组采用综合护理.比较两组临床相关指标及护理满意度.结果:观察组住院时间、引流管留置时间短于对照组,住院费用、视觉模拟评分法评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.024).结论:在腔镜下微创手术治疗甲状腺良性患者临床护理中应用综合护理的效果显著,有利于缓解患者疼痛程度,促进患者更快康复,且住院费用较低,患者满意度较高.
Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing in minimally invasive laparoscopic surgery for benign thyroid tumors.Methods:A total of two hundred patients with benign thyroid tumor treated by minimally invasive surgery in Guangxi Hezhou People's Hospital from January to July 2023 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with one hundred patients in each group.The control group received traditional nursing,the observation group received comprehensive nursing.Clinical indicators and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The hospitalization time and drainage tube retention time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the hospitalization cost and visual analog score were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.024).Conclusion:The application of comprehensive nursing in the clinical nursing of endoscopic minimally invasive surgery for benign thyroid patients has a significant effect,which is conducive to relieving the pain degree of patients,promoting faster recovery of patients,lower hospitalization cost and higher patient satisfaction.
