摘要
目的探究优质护理在甲状腺肿瘤手术患者围手术期的应用价值。方法我院2017年3月至2018年3月收治的72例甲状腺肿瘤患者为本次研究对象,按照围手术期护理干预模式不同将患者分为对照组(36例,行一般护理)与试验组(36例,行优质护理),比较两组患者围手术期负面心理情绪、术后并发症以及生活质量改善情况。结果试验组患者术后焦虑自评量表(SAS)以及抑郁自评量表(SDS)得分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。试验组患者术后并发症发生率(5.56%)低于对照组(25.00%),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论与一般护理相比,甲状腺肿瘤手术患者应用优质护理干预效果显著。
Objective To explore the application value of high quality nursing in the perioperative period of thyroid tumor patients.Method From March 2017 to March 2018,72 patients with thyroid tumor were enrolled in our hospital.According to the different patterns of perioperative nursing intervention,the patients were divided into two groups:the control group(36 cases,Patients with general nursing)and the experimental group(36 cases,Patients with high-quality nursing).The perioperative negative psychological emotions,postoperative complications and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Result The scores of SAS and SDS in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group(5.56%)was lower than that in the control group(25.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with general nursing,the effect of high-quality nursing intervention for patients undergoing thyrod surgery is significant.
