基于LDA主题模型的社交媒体隐私政策合规性评价研究

摘要 [目的/意义]在个人信息保护日渐重要的今天,开展我国社交媒体隐私政策合规性评价研究,可为完善社交媒体隐私政策和加强个人信息保护提供参考。[方法/过程]文章选取28个常用社交媒体,基于LDA主题模型、完整性评价和阅读感分析对其隐私政策文本进行比较分析。[结果/结论]研究发现,随着相关信息保护法的出台,社交媒体在隐私保护、信息安全等方面已取得了积极进步,但在政策完整性、特殊群体的保护和可读性方面仍有进一步完善的空间。未来,可从法制建设和用户权利保障、特殊群体保护以及文本可读性3个方面进行完善。 [Purpose/significance]In today's increasingly important personal information protection,the compliance evaluation study of social media privacy policies in China is conducted to provide reference for improving social media privacy policies and strengthening personal information protection.[Method/processes]The article selects 28 commonly used social media and comparatively analyzed their privacy policy texts based on LDA topic model,completeness evaluation and reading sense analysis.[Result/conclusion]It is found that with the introduction of relevant information protection laws,social media has made positive progress in privacy protection and information security,but there existed room for further improvement in terms of policy integrity,protection of special groups and readability.In the future,improvements can be made in 3 aspects:legal construction and user rights protection,special groups protection and text readability.
