摘要
随着饲料行业竞争加剧以及市场规模不断扩大,传统粗放式管理已不再符合饲料企业的经营需求。在AI时代背景下,饲料企业人力资源规划与财务管理协同发展能为企业发展提供源源不断的核心动力。当前,饲料企业人力资源规划与财务管理协同发展仍面临一系列的不确定性,如缺乏对多部门协同发展的重视,缺少AI技术开发和运营资金,缺失有效的内部管理协同机制等。针对以上问题,建议从以下途径推动AI时代饲料企业人力资源规划与财务管理协同发展,包括转变企业管理者的思想意识,实现物力资源向智力资源的转化,以及构建有效的企业内部协同发展机制。
With the intensification of competition in the feed industry and the continuous expansion of market scale,the traditional extensive management no longer meets the business needs of feed enterprises.In the context of the AI era,the coordinated development of human resource planning and financial management of feed enterprises is able to provide a steady stream of core power for the development of enterprises.At present,the coordinated development of human resource planning and financial management of feed enterprises is still facing a series of uncertainties,such as the lack of attention to the coordinated development of multiple departments,the lack of funds for the development and operation of AI technology,and the lack of effective internal management coordination mechanism.In view of the above problems,it is suggested to promote the coordinated development of human resource planning and financial management of feed enterprises in the AI era from the following ways,including changing the ideological consciousness of enterprise managers,realizing the transformation of material resources into intellectual resources,and building an effective internal collaborative development mechanism.
