摘要
以ChatGPT为代表的新一代人工智能的横空出世,对组织和人力资源管理带来影响。人工智能与数字智能人也将成为组织最重要的资产和生产要素,是具有自学习、自进化、自我增值的新组织资本。伴随着企业数智化转型进入新的阶段,人与组织关系更加复杂、多变、混序化、个性化,人与智能人有望形成新智能灵魂伙伴关系。本文由此从组织资源、人机物关系、组织形态与组织机制、替代与创造效应、以及对于人力资源管理专业工作者的影响等方面,探讨了新一代人工智能对于组织与人力资源管理的影响,为组织迎接新一轮的数智化转型提供了启迪。
The emergence of new-generation artificial intelligence,represented by ChatGPT,has a profound impact on organizations and human resource management.Artificial intelligence and digitally intelligent people will also become the most important assets of the organization,which is a new organizational capital with self-learning,self-evolution,and self-appreciation.With the digital intelligent transformation of enterprises entering a new stage,the relationship between people and organizations is more complex,changeable,ambiguous,and personalized.Human employees and intelligent people are expected to form a new intelligent soul partnership.This paper discusses the influence of the new generation of artificial intelligence on organization and human resource management from the aspects of organizational resources,human-machine relationship,organizational form and organizational mechanism,substitution effect and creation effect,as well as the impacts on human resource management professionals.Therefore,this paper provides inspiration for organizations to meet a new round of digital intelligence transformation.
