摘要
随着建筑围护结构保温技术的进步和发展,建筑外墙外保温系统已被广泛使用。在大量建筑工程应用外保温技术的过程中,由于建筑所处气候条件、系统材料使用、施工工艺等方面的因素,外保温工程出现大面积裂缝、脱落以及空鼓。本文以某工程为实例,分析引起外墙饰面砖脱落的各方面原因,为避免此类危害提供一定的理论依据。
With the progress and development of building envelope thermal insulation technology,building external wall thermal insulation systems have been widely used.In the process of applying ex‐ternal thermal insulation technology in a large number of construction projects,due to factors such as the climate conditions in which the buildings are located,the use of system materials,and construc‐tion techniques,large-scale cracks,shedding and hollowing appear in external thermal insulation proj‐ects.Taking a project as an example,this paper analyzes various reasons for the falling off of exte‐rior wall veneer bricks,and provides a certain theoretical basis for avoiding such hazards.
