摘要
采用红外热成像仪、一体式智能粘结强度检测仪、热流计式导热仪、数字式氧指数测定仪等对20年以上的既有建筑外墙外保温系统的拉伸粘结强度及保温材料的氧指数、导热系数、六溴环十二烷(HBCD)含量进行测试。根据现场和实验室的测试结果,在连接安全、防火安全及热工节能方面更加有针对性地对既有建筑外保温系统性能进行评价,2个项目的测评结果均符合相关国家或行业标准的要求。
By using instruments and equipment such as infrared thermal imagers,integrated intelligent bond strength detectors,heat flow meters,and digital oxygen index testers,the tensile bond strength of the existing building external wallsfor over 20 years,as well as the oxygen index,thermal conductivity,and hexabromocyclododecane(HBCD)content of the insulation material were tested.Based on the results of on-site and laboratory tests,the performance of existing building external insulation systems was evaluated more targeted in terms of connection safety,fire safety,and thermal energy conservation.The evaluation results all meet the technical requirements of national or industry standards.
