摘要 讨论了石墨烯作为增强相制备石墨烯/树脂材料(graphene/resin materials,简称GR)的方法,分析不同制备工艺的特点。系统阐述了石墨烯改性树脂材料在力学、耐热、导电和耐摩擦等性能上的研究现状,分析了添加石墨烯对树脂材料性能产生影响的规律和机理。结果表明:添加少量石墨烯填料可全面提高树脂材料的综合性能,得到较佳的改善效果。最后基于石墨烯/树脂材料的优异性能总结了石墨烯/树脂材料的应用前景和未来着重探索的方向。 This paper firstly discusses the preparation methods of graphene/resin materials,and the characteristics of different methods were analyzed.The paper systematically elaborates the research status of graphene modifies res-in materials and the mechanical,heat-resistant,conductive and friction-resistant properties,and analyzes the laws and mechanisms of the effect of adding graphene on the performance of resin materials.The results show that adding a small amount of graphene filler can improve the comprehensive performance of resin materials,and achieve a bet-ter improvement effects.Finally,based on the excellent properties of graphene/resin materials,the application prospects and future research direction were provided.
