热塑性复合材料系统安装结构的制备及仿真分析研究 被引量:1

摘要 热塑性复合材料已成为航空领域重点研究的材料,以民用飞机系统安装结构作为研究对象,通过工艺摸索给出了碳纤维增强PEEK热塑性复合材料层合板制备系统安装结构的工艺参数;采用Hashin失效准则和基于能量演化的刚度退化方法,建立了热塑性复合材料系统安装结构的仿真分析模型,较好地预测了结构的承载能力和失效模式;通过承载能力试验对仿真分析模型进行了验证,分析误差在20%以内,该方法可用于工程实践。该研究对热塑性复合材料在民用飞机结构上的应用具有一定的指导意义。 Thermoplastic composites is a key research material in the field of aviation.It takes the system installation structure of civil aircraft as the research object,provides the process parameters for preparing system installation structure using carbon fiber reinforced PEEK thermoplastic composite laminates through process exploration.A simulation analysis model for the thermoplastic composite installation structure is established using Hashin failure criterion and stiffness degradation method based on energy evolution.The bearing capacity and failure mode of the structure are well predicted using this method.The simulation analysis model is validated by bearing capacity test and the analysis error is within 20%,indicating that this method can be applied to engineering practice.The study has certain guiding significance for the application of thermoplastic composite materials on civil aircraft structure.
