摘要
目的 分析CO_(2)点阵激光治疗局限型白癜风的效果及对患者血清白介素-2 (IL-2)、细胞间黏附分子-1 (ICAM-1)及α黑色素细胞刺激素(α-MSH)水平的影响。方法 选取我院2020年4月至2023年1月收治的局限型白癜风患者84例,随机分为常规组(常规他克莫司软膏治疗)与激光组(他克莫司软膏+CO_(2)点阵激光)各42例。比较两组的疗效、IL-2、ICAM-1、α-MSH水平和不良反应。结果 激光组治疗总有效率高于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗后,激光组血清IL-2、ICAM-1水平低于常规组,α-MSH水平高于常规组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应发生率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 CO_(2)点阵激光治疗局限型白癜风患者可提高临床疗效,调节IL-2、ICAM-1及α-MSH水平,且不良反应少。
Objective To analyze the effect of CO_(2)fractional laser in the treatment of localized vitiligo and the impact on serum levels of interleukin-2(IL-2),intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1)andα-melanocyte stimulating hormone(α-MSH)of patients.Methods 84 patients with localized vitiligo admitted to our hospital from April 2020 to January 2023 were randomly divided into routine group(routine tacrolimus ointment)and laser group(tacrolimus ointment+CO_(2) fractional laser)equally.The efficacy,IL-2,ICAM-1,α-MSH levels and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the laser group was higher than that in the routine group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum IL-2 and ICAM-1 levels of the laser group were lower than those of the routine group,and theα-MSH level was higher than that of the routine group(P<0.05).No statistical difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions CO_(2) fractional laser in the treatment of patients with localized vitiligo can improve the clinical efficacy,and regulate the IL-2,ICAM-1 andα-MSH levels,with fewer adverse reactions.
