摘要
白癜风是一种在遗传背景下由多种因素引起的黑素细胞受损的色素脱失性皮肤病。光疗在白癜风的治疗中一直占有重要的地位,成为重要的治疗手段之一,在特殊类型白癜风中也发挥积极的作用。近年来,有关白癜风光疗的作用机制、光疗方式之间的疗效对比、光疗与其他治疗方法的联合应用、光疗的预测模型及光疗的策略化选择等方面取得了一定进展。随着对白癜风病因学和发病机制的深入了解,白癜风的照光方法有了一些新策略,现将其一并作一概述,以期光疗在临床中得到更安全有效和正确的应用。
Vitiligo is a depigmentation skin disease which is caused by many factors in the genetic background.Phototherapy has been playing an important role in the treatment of vitiligo.It has become an important means of treatment and plays an active role in the treatment of special types of vitiligo.In recent years,some progress has been made in the mechanism of phototherapy for vitiligo,the efficacy comparison between phototherapy methods,the combined application of phototherapy and other treatment methods,the prediction model of phototherapy and the strategic choice of phototherapy.With the in-depth understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of vitiligo,there are some new lighting methods for vitiligo,which are summarized in this paper,in order to make phototherapy more safe,effective and correct in clinical application.
