摘要
该文利用文献分析法、问卷调查法和数理统计法,检验了高中体育专项化背景下体育教师胜任力维度及结构,发现其包含职业技能、职业态度、个体特征、自我认知、职业价值观5个维度和16个具体指标,并发现上海市高中体育教师在专业技能、精神愉悦、奉献精神三个方面还有待提升。
Thepaper examinedthecompetency dimensions and structure of physical education teachers in the context of high school sports specialization by using literature analysis,questionnaire survey,and mathematical statistics.It was found that it contains5 dimensions of professional skills,professional attitudes,individual characteristics,self-awareness,and professional values,as well as 16 specific indicators.It was also found that high school physical education teachers in Shanghai still need improvement in the three aspects:professional skills,spiritual pleasure,and dedication.
