摘要
在智媒时代,主体利用智媒技术来满足信息需求是在工具理性范畴下进行的。但是,信息产品的逐利性与智媒技术的支配性共同对主体的信息兴趣产生了不当干预,此时,智媒体的工具价值被过度放大,且失去了目的理性的调和与平衡,在算法技术的操控下利用个性推荐机制向主体用户推送“同质化”信息内容,加速了“信息茧房”的产生。从结果上看,智媒体由于超越主体追求自我实现的工具理性而被极端化,从而导致主体的真实欲求能力、自由表达能力和自主思维能力被弱化。基于此,为化解智媒时代信息茧房效应的极化困境,应当将价值理性嵌入技术资本逻辑,实现工具理性与目的理性的协调统一。以培育主体的多样化信息追求能力为核心,以提升主体的媒介素养为内在要求,同时加强主体性强化的外部保障,在发挥官方媒体主导作用的同时维持多样化信息的生存空间。
In the era of smart media,the utilization of smart media technologies by individuals to fulfll their information needs falls under the category of instrumental rationality.However,the profit-driven nature of the production of information products and the dominance of smart media technologies together lead to improper interference with the individual's information interests.At this point,the instrumental value of smart media is excessively magnified,losing the harmony and balance of purposive rationality.Under the control of algorithmic technology,personalized recommendation mechanisms are used to push"homogeneous"information content to individual users,accelerating the creation of an"information cocoon".Fundamentally,smart media is polarized by the fact that it transcends the instrumental rationality of individuals'pursuit of self-realization,leading to the weakening of individuals'genuine desire,freedom of expression,and autonomous thinking abilities.Based on this,to mitigate the polarization dilemma caused by the information cocoon effect in the era of smart media,it is necessary to embed value rationality within the logic of technological capital,achieving a harmonious unity of instrumental rationality and purposive rationality.This should be done by fostering individuals'diverse information-seeking abilities as the core,enhancing individuals'media literacy as the intrinsic requirement,strengthening external safeguards for individual reinforcement,and maintaining a space for the survival of diverse information while playing the leading role of official media.
