摘要
目的分析中药房药师开展优质中药学服务的有效途径及实践效果。方法以泰安市中医医院中药房为试点,2021年1—6月应用常规中药学服务;2021年7—12月应用优质中药学服务。比较不同管理模式下中药学服务质量提升效果、患者对服用中药知识的理解度。结果干预后不规范处方开具率为1.00%(1/100),低于干预前的9.00%(9/100)(P<0.05);干预后超常处方中无适应证用药处方开具率为0,低于干预前的5.00%(5/100)(P<0.05);干预后用药不适宜处方开具率为0,低于干预前的8.00%(8/100),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。优质中药学服务模式下调研患者对服药知识的理解度(服药时间、服药温度、特殊中药的服用方式、服药饮食禁忌)要较常规中药学服务模式下更高,差异有统计学有意义(P<0.05)。结论通过采取多种措施应用,使得中药房药师能够顺利地开展中药学服务,利于患者对中药房多方面服务的满意度提升。
Objective To analyze the effective ways and practical effects of pharmacists in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)pharmacies to provide high-quality TCM services.Methods Using the department of traditional Chinese medicine,Tai′an Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital as a pilot,conventional traditional Chinese medicine services were applied during the period from January to June 2021.And high-quality traditional Chinese medicine services during the period from July to December 2021 were applied.The effectiveness of improving the quality of traditional Chinese medicine services under different management models and the patient′s understanding of the knowledge of taking traditional Chinese medicine were compared.Results The rate of non-standard prescription issuance after intervention was 1.00%(1/100),lower than the 9.00%(9/100)before intervention(P<0.05).After intervention,the prescription issuance rate of non indication drugs in abnormal prescriptions was 0,lower than 5.00%(5/100)before intervention(P<0.05).The inappropriate prescription rate for medication after intervention was 0,lower than 8.00%(8/100)before intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The understanding of medication knowledge among patients surveyed under the high-quality traditional Chinese medicine service model(medication time,medication temperature,special Chinese medicine administration methods,dietary contraindications)was higher than that under the conventional traditional Chinese medicine service model,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion By taking various measures and applying them,pharmacists in traditional Chinese medicine pharmacies can smoothly carry out traditional Chinese medicine services,which is beneficial for improving patients′satisfaction with various services in traditional Chinese medicine pharmacies and has promotion value.
