摘要
卵巢纤维化可导致卵巢功能下降,对女性生育力及生活质量有严重影响。卵巢早衰、多囊卵巢综合征、子宫内膜异位症及卵巢手术均可能导致卵巢纤维化。目前发现,多种细胞因子[如转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)、结缔组织生长因子、基质金属蛋白酶]参与卵巢纤维化的发病机制。同时,炎症反应、氧化应激、线粒体功能障碍、铁死亡均与卵巢纤维化的发生密切相关。此外,TGF-β/Smad、Wnt/β联蛋白、核因子κB等信号通路也参与卵巢纤维化的发生发展。深入研究卵巢纤维化的发生机制可为其临床治疗提供新思路。
Ovarian fibrosis can lead to decreased ovarian function,which has a serious impact on women′s fertility and quality of life.Ovarian fibrosis can be caused by premature ovarian failure,polycystic ovary syndrome,endometriosis and ovarian surgery.At present,it has been found that multiple cytokines[such as transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β),connective tissue growth factor and matrix metalloproteinases]are involved in the pathogenesis of ovarian fibrosis.Meanwhile,inflammatory response,oxidative stress,mitochondrial dysfunction,and ferroptosis are all closely related to the occurrence of ovarian fibrosis.Besides,TGF-β/Smad,Wnt/β-catenin and nuclear factor-κB signaling pathways etc.are also involved in the occurrence and development of ovarian fibrosis.In-depth research on the mechanism of ovarian fibrosis can provide new ideas for its clinical treatment.
