摘要
习近平同志关于新型政党制度的重要论述是以中国历史传统和现实国情为立论基础,以中华优秀传统政治文化为价值内核,以马克思主义政党理论为根本遵循,坚持中国共产党的领导、坚持以人民为中心、坚持社会主义协商民主是其核心要义。作为世界上具有新模式、新关系和新方式的新型政党制度,中国新型政党制度坚持与时俱进,以自身独特优势在“世界之变”中为人类政治文明发展提供中国方案,在“时代之变”中为发展全过程人民民主提供制度保障,在“历史之变”中为开创多党合作事业新局面提供科学指引,彰显了中国新型政党制度的理论自信、制度自信和文化自信。
Comrade Xi Jinping's important exposition on the new political party system is based on the histori⁃cal traditions and current realities of China.It takes the fine traditional political culture of China as its core val⁃ues,adheres to the fundamental principles of Marxist party theory,insists on the leadership of the Communist Party of China,upholds people-centeredness,and advocates socialist consultative democracy as its core prin⁃ciples.As a new type of political party system in the world characterized by new models,relationships,and ap⁃proaches,China's new political party system adheres to progress,providing a unique solution for the develop⁃ment of political civilization globally amidst the changes in the world.It ensures institutional safeguards for the entire process of people's democracy development during the changes of the times and offers scientific guid⁃ance for creating a new situation in multi-party cooperation during the changes in history.This demonstrates the theoretical confidence,institutional confidence,and cultural confidence of China's new political party sys⁃tem.
