摘要
“国家发展大局中的战略定位”是对区域与国家发展关系进行的系统思索,是我国区域发展实践的理念指引。党的十八大以来,习近平汲取了马克思主义的社会有机体思想、中华文明的整体性文化和中国共产党解决中国问题的大局战略实践的滋养,经由从“城市战略定位”到“融入国家发展大局”再到“国家发展大局中的战略定位”命题嬗演,逐渐提出“国家发展大局中的战略定位”理念。“国家发展大局中的战略定位”理念需要以推动高质量发展为基本目标、以系统观念为思维方法、以区域协调发展战略为重要抓手贯彻落实到具体政策实践中,才能彰显现实力量。
“Strategic positioning in the national development context”is a systematic reflection on the relationship between regional and national development,and a conceptual guideline for the practice of regional development in China.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,Xi Jinping has drawn on the nourishment of Marxism's idea of the social organism,the holistic culture of Chinese civilization,and the CPC's practice of solving China's problems in the context of the big picture strategy,through the process of moving from the“strategic positioning of the city”to the“integration into the big picture of national development”and then to the“strategic positioning in the national development context”,the concept of“strategic positioning in the national development context”was gradually proposed.The concept of“strategic positioning in the national development context”needs to be implemented into concrete policy practice with the promotion of high-quality development as the basic goal,the systemic concept as the method of thinking,and the strategy of coordinated development of the region as an important tool,in order to demonstrate its practical power.
