摘要
目的:探讨桂哌齐特联合氟桂利嗪在颈椎病头晕治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年11月—2022年10月高唐县人民医院收治的100例颈椎病头晕患者为研究对象,按照给药方案将患者分为对照组与观察组各50例。对照组采用桂哌齐特治疗,观察组采用桂哌齐特联合氟桂利嗪治疗,比较两组的头晕症状变化情况、血液流变学指标以及不良反应发生情况。结果:连续用药2周后,观察组头晕症状发作频率低于对照组,持续时间以及消失时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后血液流变学指标低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组用药过程中不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:给予颈椎病头晕患者采用桂哌齐特联合氟桂利嗪治疗的效果明显优于单一用药,可有效缓解患者疾病症状、促进颈椎血液流动质量的提升,且不会增加不良反应。
Objective To investigate the application effect of guaifenesin combined with flunarizine in the treatment of cervical vertigo.Methods One hundred patients with cervical vertigo admitted to Gaotang County People's Hospital from November 2019 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the medication plan,the patients were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with guaifenesin,while the observation group was treated with guaifenesin combined with flunarizine.The changes in vertigo symptoms,hemorheological parameters,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After two weeks of continuous medication,the frequency of vertigo attacks in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the duration as well as disappearance time were shorter than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The hemorheological parameters in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during medication(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of cervical vertigo patients with guaifenesin combined with flunarizine is significantly superior to monotherapy,which can effectively alleviate the symptoms of patients,promote the improvement of cervical blood flow quality,and does not increase adverse reactions.
