摘要
目的探讨头痛宁胶囊联合阿司匹林治疗偏头痛的效果和安全性。方法纳入2018年2月—2019年2月本院进行治疗的100例偏头痛患者进行研究,依据随机对照原则分为每组50例。对照组给予复方阿司匹林片治疗,观察组在此基础上加用头痛宁胶囊。比较两组患者疗程结束后治疗效果、治疗前后症状改善情况以及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者疗程结束后治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后偏头痛发作频率、偏头痛持续时间、疼痛评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论头痛宁胶囊联合阿司匹林治疗偏头痛疗效显著,安全性良好,值得临床推荐。
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of Tongtongning Capsule combined with aspirin in the treatment of migraine.Methods A total of 100 migraine patients treated in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were enrolled and divided into two groups with 50 cases in each group according to the principle of randomized control.The control group was treated with compound aspirin tablets,while the observation group was treated with Tongtongning Capsule on the basis of the treatment in the control group.The treatment effect,symptoms improvement and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups at the end of the course of treatment.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The frequency of migraine attack,duration of migraine and pain score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Tongtongning Capsule combined with aspirin is effective and safe in the treatment of migraine,which is worthy of clinical recommendation.
