摘要
当前,提升乡村治理能力现代化水平是党和国家不断推进农业现代化建设重要内容之一。随着新一代信息技术的快速发展,特别是数字化技术的发展为乡村社会治理提供了新机遇。但数字化乡村社会治理过程中,存在乡村数字化人才队伍建设落后、数字鸿沟大、民众参与度低、乡村数字化治理运营体制机制不健全、乡村数字化基础设施建设不完善等问题,提出提升数字化人才支撑与保障水平、完善乡村数字化基础设施建设、缩小数字鸿沟,培育多元主体,提高公众参与度以推动乡村数字化社会治理高效发展。
At present,the Party and the country have continuously promoted agricultural modernization,and improving the modernization level of rural governance is one of important contents of China promote griculture modernization.With the rapid development of the new generation of information technology,especially the digital technology development has provided new opportunities for rural social governance.However,in the process of rural digital social governance,there are many practical problems such as backward construction of rural digital talent team,large digital gap,low public participation,imperfect operation system and mechanism of rural digital governance,and imperfect construction of rural digital infrastructure.It is proposed that by improving the support and guarantee level of digital talent,improving the construction of rural digital infrastructure,and narrowing the digital gap,cultivate multiple subjects,improving public participation in order to promote the efficient development of rural digital social governance.
