主厂房岩锚梁桥机试验全过程智能监测反馈

摘要 TB水电站主厂房内安装2台550 t/100 t单小车桥式起重机,其支撑结构采用岩壁吊车梁。为了解其结构受力状态,确保桥机安全稳定运行,在进行桥机负荷试验(静载、动载)中,对监测断面进行全智能自动监测、反馈。成果表明,试验过程中各项监测指标均处于设计预警值以内,表明主厂房岩壁吊车梁结构和体型合理、安全可靠。 Two 550t/100t single trolley bridge cranes with rock wall crane beams are installed in the main building of TB hydropower station.In order to understand its structural stress state and ensure the safe and stable operation of the bridge crane,fully intelligent automatic monitoring and feedback are carried out on the monitoring section during the bridge crane load test(static load and dynamic load).The results indicate that all monitoring indicators during the experiment were within the design warning values.It proves that the structure and shape of the rock wall crane beam in the main factory building are reasonable,safe and reliable.
