摘要
目的:探讨一种抽水蓄能电站地下厂房岩壁吊车梁部位开挖施工方法。方法:以某抽水蓄能电站地下厂房为例,在施工中采用五种不同爆破孔孔距进行地下厂房岩壁爆破施工,对比不同工况下地下厂房岩壁爆破质量,以及施工耗时。结果:爆破孔孔距为40cm时,地下厂房岩台爆破率最高,岩壁爆破效果最好,地下厂房岩壁吊车梁部位开挖施工耗时最短。结论:在施工过程中,应该将地下厂房岩壁爆破孔孔距控制在40cm左右,以此保证开挖施工效率。
Objective: To discuss a construction method for excavating the rock wall crane beam of the underground powerhouse of pumped storage power station. Method: Taking the underground powerhouse of a pumped storage power station as an example, five different blasting hole spacing are used in the rock wall blasting construction of the underground powerhouse, and the rock wall blasting quality and construction time of the underground powerhouse under different working conditions were compared. Results: When the hole spacing of the blasting holes is 40cm, the blasting rate of the rock bench of the underground powerhouse is the highest, the blasting effect of the rock wall is the best, and the excavation time of the crane beam part of the rock wall of the underground powerhouse is the shortest. Conclusion:During the construction, the distance between the blasting holes in the rock wall of the underground powerhouse should be controlled at about 40cm to ensure the excavation efficiency.
