摘要
在教育数字化转型背景下,教师数字素养亟待提升。提升教师数字素养具有顺应教育数字化转型时代变革、打造个性化创新智慧课堂、赋能教师队伍高质量发展等多重价值。然而在教师数字素养提升过程中,面临着教师数字基础薄弱、数字能力不高、数字特质式微等现实困境。为应对教师数字素养面临的现实挑战,要从三方面着力供能。首先,应从外部供给有效资源,提升教师数字化基础。其次,深度融合数字教学,助推教师共同体发展。最后,内部赋能主体意愿,塑造教师数字化特质。
In the context of digital education transformation,the digital literacy of teachers urgently needs to be improved.Improving teachers'digital literacy has multiple values,such as adapting to the transformation of the digital education era,creating personalized and innovative smart classrooms,and empowering the high-quality development of the teaching staff.However,in the process of improving teachers'digital literacy,they face practical difficulties such as weak digital foundation,low digital abilities,and declining digital characteristics.To address the practical challenges faced by teachers'digital literacy,efforts should be made to provide energy from three aspects.Firstly,effective resources should be provided externally to enhance the digital foundation of teachers.Secondly,deeply integrating digital teaching to promote the development of a teacher community.Finally,internally empowering the subject's willingness to shape the digital characteristics of teachers.
