摘要
以燕家河煤业MG400/951-WD型采煤机截割部行星架为研究对象,运用ANSYS仿真分析软件,开展了行星架疲劳强度分析工作。结果表明,行星架工作过程中花键套外侧存在应力集中,最大应力接近材料屈服强度,无安全系数余量,继续使用存在断裂风险。针对这一情况,分析行星架应力集中位置的结构尺寸,确定采用提高倒圆角半径的方法进行改进,并进行仿真分析。仿真分析表明,改进之后的行星架应力集中问题得到了改善,最大应力数值降低了58.4%,安全系数2.4。改进行星架在燕家河煤业应用后,延长了行星架运维周期,降低了运维工作强度,保证了煤炭企业的产能和效率,为煤炭企业创造了更多的经济效益。
Taking the planetary carrier of MG400/951-WD shearer cutting unit of Yanjiahe Coal Industry as the research object,the fatigue strength analysis of the planetary carrier was carried out by using ANSYS simulation analysis software.The results show that there is stress concentration on the outer side of the spline sleeve during the working process of the planet carrier,the maximum stress is close to the yield strength of the material,there is no safety factor margin,and there is a risk of fracture in continuous use.In view of this situation,the structure size of the stress concentration position of the planet carrier is analyzed,and the method of increasing the fillet radius is determined to improve and simulate.The simulation analysis shows that the stress concentration problem of the improved planet carrier is improved,the maximum stress value is reduced by 58.4%,and the safety factor is 2.4.After the application of improved planetary carrier in Yanjiahe Coal Industry,the operation and maintenance cycle of planetary carrier is prolonged,the intensity of operation and maintenance work is reduced,the production capacity and efficiency of coal enterprises are ensured,and more economic benefits are created for coal enterprises.
