Construction of Digital Protection and Innovation System of Intangible Cultural Heritage Skills from the Perspective of Cultural Inheritance

摘要从对非遗文化的数字化传承视角出发研究了当下国家从政策方面引导和鼓励非遗的多样化保护,梳理了不同视角的非遗数字化保护的研究内容,提出非遗文化数字化保护的方法:非遗文化产品的数字化还原、建立非遗文化资源数据库和文化基因图谱、建立非遗动态影像库;进而构建了基于数字化的非遗文化传承与创新路径,倡导形成“非遗挖掘与保护-非遗整理与研究-非遗资源库建立-非遗创新性发展”的数字化保护和创新发展新模式;最后从建立流动性博物馆、非遗数字化产品设计、制作数字化影像、开展新媒体非遗文化活动四个方面探讨非遗文化数字化保护的可持续策略。研究对于从新媒体视角保护和传承非遗文化具有重要的现实价值。 From the perspective of digital inheritance of intangible cultural heritage,this paper studies the current national policy guiding and encouraging diversified protection of intangible cultural heritage,sorts out the research content of digital protection of intangible cultural heritage from different perspectives,and puts forward the methods of digital protection of intangible cultural heritage:The digital restoration of intangible cultural heritage products;the establishment of intangible cultural heritage resource databases and cultural gene maps;the establishment of intangible cultural heritage dynamic image databases;Furthermore,a digitalized path for heritage and innovation of intangible cultural heritage is constructed,and a new digitalized protection and innovation development mode of"intangible cultural heritage excavation and protection,intangible cultural heritage sorting and research,establishment of an intangible cultural heritage resource database,and innovative development of intangible cultural heritage"is advocated.Finally,the sustainable strategy of digital protection of intangible cultural heritage is discussed from four aspects:the establishment of mobility museums,the design of digital intangible cultural heritage products,the production of digital images,and the launch of new media intangible cultural heritage activities.The research is of great practical value for the protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage from the perspective of new media.
