高职院校劳动教育教师学习共同体的特征及建构路径

摘要 高职院校作为孵化高素质技能型劳动人才的摇篮,劳动教育的实施质量将直接影响一线劳动者的质量,进而影响技能型社会的建设进程。而教育之成败系于教师,构建劳动教育教师学习共同体,促进教师专业发展,将助推高职院校高质量发展,赋能技能型社会建构。劳动教育教师学习共同体以“以劳促全”为共同价值目标,以“劳动精神、工匠精神、劳模精神”三个塑造为共同使命愿景,以“提高劳动教育素养”为共同归属。依据群体动力学理论,要通过明确主体、重塑观念、重建文化提高学习共同体的凝聚力和驱动力,通过完善制度降低耗散力的破坏性,从而促进高职劳动教育教师学习共同体的建构。 As the cradle of high-quality skilled labor talents,the implementation quality of labor education in higher vocational colleges will directly affect the quality of front-line workers,and then affect the process of building a skilled society.The success or failure of education depends on teachers.Building a learning community of labor education teachers to promote the professional development of teachers will boost the highquality development of higher vocational colleges and enable the construction of a skill-based society.The learning community of labor education teachers takes“promoting integrity through labor”as the common value goal,“labor spirit,craftsman spirit and model worker spirit”as the common mission vision,and“improving labor education literacy”as the common ownership.According to the group dynamics theory,it is proposed to improve the cohesion and driving force of the learning community by clarifying the subject,reshaping the concept and rebuilding the culture,and reduce the destructive force of dissipation by improving the system,so as to promote the construction of the learning community of higher vocational labor education teachers.
