摘要
通过对患有高血压且合并抑郁的老年患者进行护理干预,以探索出有效的护理措施。将2022年1月——2022年6月在黄河科技学院附属医院进行住院治疗的86名老年高血压且合并抑郁的患者作为研究对象,根据所在病区不同使用随机分组的方法将其随机分为干预组和对照组。对照组患者使用常规的护理方法,干预组患者在对照组患者的基础上使用的护理方法主要为正念认知疗法。比较两组患者在接受护理干预前后的抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分。在对患者进行护理干预前,两组患者的SDS评分并不存在统计学差异(P>0.05);在进行护理干预后,干预组患者的SDS评分优于对照组患者,且具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。对患有老年高血压且合并抑郁的患者进行正念认知疗法能够有效控制患者的血压变化,改善患者的抑郁情绪并提高其生活质量,具有较好的临床效果。
To explore effective nursing interventions for elderly patients with hypertension and depression.86 elderly patients with hypertension and depression who were hospitalized in our hospital from January 2022 to June 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into an intervention group and a control group based on their respective wards using a random grouping method.The control group patients used conventional nursing methods,while the intervention group patients mainly used mindfulness cognitive therapy on the basis of the control group patients.Compare the Self Rating Depression Scale(SDS)scores of two groups of patients before and after receiving nursing intervention.Before nursing intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in SDS scores between the two groups of patients(P>0.05);After nursing intervention,the SDS score of the intervention group patients was better than that of the control group patients,and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05).Positive cognitive therapy can effectively control blood pressure changes,improve depressive mood,and improve quality of life in patients with elderly hypertension and depression,and has good clinical effects.
