摘要
课程思政资源创设能力是课程思政建设能力的核心组成,对临床教师推动课程思政建设独具价值与意义。本研究根据新时代临床教师开展课程思政资源创设的当前现状,分析了课程思政资源创设推进过程中存在的主要问题,对临床教师课程思政资源创设能力的培育策略进行了探讨,助力临床教师在医学课程思政建设中进一步发挥主体性作用。
The ability to create course ideology and politics resources is a core component of course ideology and politics construction capabilities.It is of unique value and significance for clinical teachers to promote course ideology and politics construction.Based on the current situation of clinical teachers conducting course ideology and politics resource creation in the new era,this study analyzes the main problems existing in the promotion of course ideology and politics resource creation,and discusses the cultivation strategies for the course ideology and politics resource creation ability of clinical teachers,helping clinical teachers to further play a subjective role in the construction of medical course ideology and politics.
