摘要培育高校体育教师课程思政建设能力是确保体育课程思政建设落地落实、见功见效的关键。运用文献资料法、比较分析法与逻辑推理法等方法,对高校体育教师课程思政建设能力培育的问题聚焦与破解路径进行系统研究。研究认为:顺应国家教育政策的建设要求、促进立德树人根本任务落实、实现高校体育教育内涵式发展是体育教师课程思政建设能力培育的价值指向。在此基础上,研究问题聚焦于体育教师的课程思政建设意识有待深化、课程思政资源创设能力有待提高、课程思政育人方式有待改进、课程思政建设机制有待健全。通过增强体育教师思政意识、强化资源创设能力、改进育人方式、健全支撑体系四个方面破解现存问题,实现体育教师课程思政建设能力培育与提升的双重目标,推动高校体育课程思政建设进程。 The cultivation of the college P.E. teachers’ ability of integrating ideological and political elements is the key to ensuring the implementation of the ideological and political education in the P.E. curriculum.Through literature review, comparative analysis and logical reasoning, the problems were systematically studied and solutions were found.It was proposed that the purposes of cultivating the college P.E. teachers’ ability in integrating ideological and political elements into the curriculum was in compliance with the requirements of the national educational policy, in promotion of the implementation of the fundamental task of cultivating morality and cultivating people, in the sustainable development of college P.E.The P.E. teachers should be more conscious in integrating ideological and political elements in their teaching, raise their ability to utilize the ideological and political resources, find more ways into their teaching, to improve the mechanism.Through the promotion of consciousness, the strengthening of resources, the improvement of teaching methods, and the providing of supportive mechanism, the construction of ideological and political education was to be pushed forward.
