摘要
本次研究通过构建临床医学毕业研究生满意度评价体系,对2020-2022年,北京大学人民医院全日制临床医学毕业研究生120人在院学习满意度进行调查。结果显示:调查对象对于9项指标具有较高满意度,但差异具有显著性。在评价项目组间差异比较中,管理部门服务能力满意度低于导师的专业指导水平,差异具有显著性。
This study through constructing a satisfaction evaluation system for clinical medical graduate students,investigated the satisfaction of 120 full-time clinical medical graduate students at Peking University People's Hospital from 2020 to 2022.The results showed that the surveyed students had high satisfaction with nine indicators,but there were significant differences.In the comparison of evaluation items between groups,the satisfaction with the service capabilities of the management department was lower than the professional guidance level of the supervisor,with significant differences.
