摘要
文章深入研究了乡村闲置学校的再利用问题。首先,明确了闲置学校的概念,并详细勾画了乡村闲置学校的三种分布模式。随后,重点分析了乡村闲置学校的再利用价值,包括经济、文化、生态及环境方面。并提出了再利用的原则,如安全性、人性化、文化优先原则。在影响再利用的因素上,考虑了政府政策、乡村发展、新兴产业和村民需求等多方面。最后,设计了多种再利用方式,包括教学空间改造、院落空间改造、乡村适老设计,以及对乡村风貌的保护与延续。文章强调了从建筑师到村民视角的转变,以确保农村建设更加贴近实际需求,真正实现有效的再利用。以期对于促进农村可持续发展和资源优化利用具有实际指导意义。
This paper examines in depth the reuse of rural idle schools.Firstly,the concepts of idle school are clarified,and three distribution patterns of rural idle schools are outlined in detail.Subsequently,the reuse value of rural idle schools is analyzed in focus,including economic,cultural,ecological and environmental aspects.The principles of reuse,such as safety,humanity,and cultural priority,are also proposed.In terms of the factors affecting reuse,various aspects such as government policies,rural development,emerging industries and villagers’needs are considered.Finally,a variety of reuse methods are designed,including the transformation of teaching space,the transformation of courtyard space,the design of the village for the elderly,and the protection and continuation of the rural landscape.The paper emphasizes the shift from architects to villagers to ensure that rural construction is closer to actual needs and truly achieves effective reuse.It is intended to be a practical guide for the promotion of rural sustainable development and the optimal use of resources.
