摘要
目的探析问题式学习(PBL)结合案例式教学(CBL)方法应用在耳鼻咽喉头颈外科临床教学中的效果。方法选取2019年8月至2021年8月苏州大学附属第二医院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科实习生54名配合研究,依据随机数表法分为两组,每组各27名。对照组采用传统教学方法,观察组采用PBL结合CBL方法。比较两组学生学习能力、教学满意度及考核成绩。结果教学前,两组学生学习能力评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),教学后,观察组学生学习能力评分包括实践解决能力、组织管理能力、科研能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组学生教学满意度及考核成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。教学后,观察组学生评判性思维能力评分为(295.58±22.23)分,显著高于对照组的(280.29±18.32)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论耳鼻咽喉头颈外科临床教学中采用PBL结合CBL方法可提升教学效果,学生学习能力明显提升,且对教学内容十分满意,学生考核成绩明显升高,临床上可借鉴及推广。
Objective To explore the effectiveness of problem-based learning(PBL)combined with case-based learning(CBL)in the clinical teaching of otolaryngology and head and neck surgery.Methods A total of 54 interns in the Department of Otolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery from the Second Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University during the period from August 2019 to August 2021 were selected to cooperate with the study.They were divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 27 cases in each group.The control group received traditional teaching methods,while the observation group received PBL combined with CBL methods.The learning ability,teaching satisfaction,and assessment scores of two groups of students were compared.Results The learning ability scores between the two groups of students were compared before teaching,without statistically significant difference(P>0.05).After teaching,the learning ability scores of the observation group students,including practical problem-solving ability,organizational management ability,and scientific research ability,were higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction and assessment scores of the observation group interns are higher than another group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The critical thinking ability score(295.58±22.23)of medical students in the observation group after teaching was significantly higher than the score(280.29±18.32)in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of PBL combined with CBL in clinical teaching of otolaryngology head and neck surgery can improve teaching effectiveness,and significantly improve students’learning ability.Students are very satisfied with the teaching content,with their assessment scores significantly improved.Therefore,it can be used for reference and promotion in clinical practice.
