摘要
结合门座起重机实际工况,分析门座起重机半自动化、自动化以及远程作业的功能需求,探究定位系统、防撞系统、吊具防摇定位系统、起重机状态监测与健康管理系统等关键技术在自动化作业中的应用,阐述了系统设计框架及实施方案,可为港口设备智能化提供参考。
Combined with the actual working conditions of portal crane,the functional requirements of semi-automation,automation and remote operation of portal crane are analyzed,the application of key technologies such as positioning system,anti-collision system,anti-proof positioning system,status monitoring and health management system of crane in automated operations are explored,and the system design framework and implementation scheme are described,which can provide reference for the intellectualization of port equipment.
