摘要
目的了解浙江省共同富裕示范建设区城市院前急救疾病谱特征。方法回顾性分析杭州市萧山区2017年1月—2021年12月139824例院前急救患者的病历资料,分析患者的疾病种类、呼救(发病)时间、季节、年龄、性别等。结果院前急救患者发病率居前五位的疾病为创伤性疾病、心血管疾病、呼吸系统疾病、消化系统疾病、中毒,男女性别比为1.49∶1,21~<61岁人群发病率高,全天呼救高峰时间为08:00—09:59。结论杭州市萧山区居民的院前急救疾病谱既具有沿海经济发达、人口密集城市的共同特征,又具有自身特征。科学、合理地增加院前急救资源能更好地满足居民对院前急救的需求;加强道路交通、建筑施工、机械制造等领域的安全管理和青壮年的健康教育,有助于降低创伤、酒精中毒的发病率。
Objective To explorethe characteristics of pre-hospital emergencies in common prosperity demonstration construction cities in Zhejiang Province. Methods Retrospectively analyzing the medical records of 139 824 pre-hospital emergency patients from January, 2017 to December, 2021 in Xiaoshan District, Hangzhou City;and statistically analyzing the types of illnesses, the time of call(onset), season, age and gender of patients. Results The top five categories with the highest morbidity rate among pre-hospital emergency patients are traumatic diseases, cardiovascular diseases, respiratory diseases, digestive diseases and poisoning. The gender ratio of maletofemaleis 1.49∶ 1.Themorbidity rate is high among young adults aged 21 to <61;the peak calling time throughout the day is 08:00-09:59.Conclusion The pre-hospital emergency disease spectrum of residents in Xiaoshan District shares common features of economically developed and high-density coastal cities, while having its own characteristics. Increasing pre-hospital emergency resources scientifically and appropriately helps to better meet the demand of residents for first aid. Enhancing safety management and health education of young adults in the fields of road traffic, construction and mechanical manufacturing will help to reduce the morbidity of trauma and alcohol intoxication.
