连作障碍土壤改良措施研究进展 被引量:4

Research Progress on Soil Improvement Measures for Continuous Cropping Obstacles

摘要 长期连作会引起连作障碍,造成土壤有效养分降低、土壤酶活性下降、土壤微生物多样性受破坏,导致连作病害加剧及作物减产甚至绝收。近年来,针对连作障碍的土壤改良措施研究成为热点,已逐步形成农业、理化和生物改良技术,在实际应用中取得较好的效果。文章通过整理查阅文献,总结了土壤改良种植制度的优化、土壤改良剂的选择、抗病品种选育的应用、土壤熏蒸消毒改良以及拮抗菌应用等生物防治措施,对作物连作障碍发病机理和防治措施相关研究中的问题进行了展望,以期为农业生产提供理论基础。 Long-term continuous cropping causes continuous cropping obstacles, resulting in a decrease in soil available nutrients, a decrease in soil enzyme activity, destruction of soil microbial diversity, and the aggravation of continuous cropping diseases and crop yield reduction or even failure. In recent years, the research on soil improvement measures for continuous cropping obstacles has become a hot topic, and agricultural, physicochemical, and biological improvement technologies have gradually developed and achieved good results in practical applications.Through collating and reviewing the literature,the article summarizes the optimization of soil improvement planting systems, the selection of soil improvers, the application of disease-resistant variety selection, the application of soil fumigation and disinfection improvement, as well as the application of antagonistic bacteria and other biological control measures, and looks forward to the problems in the research related to the pathogenesis of crop continuity disorders and the prevention and control measures to provide theoretical bases for agricultural production.
