摘要
经过多年的发展,中国的汽车市场已经形成了一个庞大的市场体系,不但用户群体众多,而且售后市场多样。汽车企业要生存和发展不但要为用户群体提供高品质的汽车,还要提供完善的售后服务工作。大数据技术下,信息的挖掘变得更加的精准,针对不同的汽车用户需求可以实现个性化的服务,也实现了“一切从客户出发”的汽车售后服务理念,帮助了汽车企业抢占更多的客户。文章主要使用大数据技术挖掘汽车用户的使用数据,获得他们的需求特点,从而为他们制定符合要求的售后服务工作,以满足用户的个性化需求。
After years of development,China's automobile market has formed a huge market system,with not only a large user base but also a diverse after-sales market.To survive and develop,automotive companies not only need to provide high-quality cars to their user base,but also provide comprehensive after-sales service.Under the Big data technology,information mining has become more accurate,personalized services can be achieved for different car users'needs,and the automotive after-sales service concept of"everything starts from the customer"has also been realized,helping automobile enterprises to seize more customers.This article mainly uses Big data technology to mine the use data of automobile users and obtain their demand characteristics,so as to develop satisfactory after-sales services for them to meet the personalized needs of users.
