摘要
随着近年儿童肥胖比例的增加,性早熟问题接踵而至,其中以中枢性性早熟(CPP)最常见,具体表现为骨龄提前,女童过早出现乳腺发育及月经初潮提前,男童出现睾丸体积增大等。目前认为,遗传、脂肪因子(瘦素、脂联素)、胰岛素样生长因子、肠道菌群及下丘脑炎症等是肥胖儿童青春期提前的主要因素,而这也成为CPP治疗干预的重要突破点。因此,未来深入了解儿童肥胖与CPP之间的关系能够对疾病实施有效管理,改善患儿终年身高,促进其心理行为的健康发展,从而提升总体生活质量。
With the increasing proportion of obesity in children in recent years,the problem of precocious puberty has followed.Among them,central precocious puberty(CPP)is the most common,which is manifested by early bone age,premature breast development and early menarche in girls,and increased testicular volume in boys.At present,it is believed that heredity,adipokines(leptin,adiponectin),insulin-like growth factor,intestinal flora and hypothalamic inflammation are the main factors of early puberty in obese children,which have also become important breakthrough points in CPP treatment intervention.Therefore,in the future,in-depth understanding of the relationship between childhood obesity and CPP can effectively manage the disease,improve the overall annual height of children,promote the healthy development of their psychological behavior,and thus improve the overall quality of life.
