羊免疫布鲁氏菌病基因缺失活疫苗(M5-90Δ26株)与弱毒疫苗(S2株)效果对比分析 被引量:6

摘要 为研究羊免疫布鲁氏菌病基因缺失活疫苗(M5-90Δ26株)和弱毒疫苗(S2株)效果,选取220只3~12月龄的布病阴性羊,随机分为3组,免疫48h内观察疫苗副反应,并在免疫7d、14d、30d、90d后采血进行抗体检测。结果显示:免疫48h内,M5-90Δ26注射组和S2口服组均未出现发烧症状,M5-90Δ26注射组1只试验羊出现采食量下降,S2口服组未见羊群采食量下降。M5-90Δ26注射组免疫7d抗体阳性率97%,免疫14d和30d抗体阳性率100%;S2口服组免疫后7d抗体阳性率49%,免疫30d抗体阳性率最高(81%);对照组未检测到布病抗体阳性。综上所述,布病M5-90Δ26在免疫后抗体水平上优于S2株,但可能存在副反应,建议免疫前观察羊状态,严格按照疫苗说明书进行免疫。 To study the effects of brucellosis gene deletion live vaccine(M5-90△26 strains)and attenuated vaccine(S2 strain)in sheep.A total of 220 brucellosis negative sheep aged from 3 to 12 months were randomly divided into 3 groups.Vaccine side effects were observed within 48h of immunization,and blood samples were collected after 7,14,30,and 90 days of immunization for antibody detection.The results showed that no fever symptoms appeared in M5 injection group and S2 oral group within 48 hours of immunization.Feed intake decreased in 1 sheep in M5 injection group,but not in S2 oral group.The antibody positive rate of M5 injection group was 97%for 7 days and 100%for 14 and 30 days.The antibody positive rate of S2 group was 49%at 7 days after immunization,and the antibody positive rate was the highest at 30 days after immunization(81%).No brucellosis antibody was detected in control group.In summary,the antibody level of brucellosis M5-90226 is superior to that of strain S2 after immunization,and there may be side reactions of brucellosis M5-90226.It is recommended to observe the sheep status before immunization and conduct immunization in strict accordance with the vaccine instructions.
